- Resend — to send transactional emails (confirmation emails when you submit a brief). Resend privacy policy.
- Google Workspace / Google Sheets — to store brief submissions for project management. Data is stored in our Google account and not shared further.
- Cloudflare — to host and serve our website. Cloudflare privacy policy.
- Domain registrars — if we register a domain on your behalf, the registrar will hold your registration details as required by ICANN rules.
- Email providers — if we set up professional email for you (e.g. Google Workspace or Microsoft 365), your email data is governed by that provider's terms.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing platforms.
5. Where your data is stored
Your data may be processed outside the United Kingdom by the service providers listed above (for example, Cloudflare and Google operate globally). Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. How long we keep your data
- Brief form data: For the duration of our contract with you, plus 6 years for legal and accounting purposes.
- Email correspondence: For the duration of our contract, plus 2 years.
- Analytics data: Cloudflare Web Analytics retains aggregated, non-personal data. No individual user data is stored.
- Payment records: 6 years as required by HMRC for tax purposes.
7. Cookies
Our website does not set any cookies for analytics or tracking purposes. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookie-free.
If you use our brief form, your browser may use local storage to preserve your progress. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us until you submit the form.
Essential cookies may be set by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) for security purposes such as bot detection. These are strictly necessary and do not require consent under UK GDPR.
